Our Approach

We believe that the foundation of therapy lies in a warm and supportive relationship between client and therapist that enables people to feel safe to explore what is troubling them. We incorporate components from a wide variety of evidence based models of psychotherapy, including humanistic, psychodynamic, emotionfocused/experiential, cognitivebehavioural, and solution focused models.

We accept and respect that people are individuals and respond differently to different approaches. We therefore customise a treatment plan according to best practice, and collaborate with our clients in order to tailor a form of therapy which best suits a person’s aims and needs.

Therapy is available for individuals (children, adolescents & adults) and couples.
